Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)

Processing Time
All domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or be returned. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping Policy 

Countries We Ship To
We currently offer international shipping to select countries, including Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Additional countries may be added as our international shipping program expands.

All international orders are shipped via UPS to ensure reliable delivery, end-to-end tracking, and efficient customs clearance for medical-grade products.

Customs Duties, VAT, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to:

These charges are not included in shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. While medical wound dressings often incur low or no import duties, applicable local taxes may still apply depending on the destination country.

Customs Declarations
All international shipments are accurately declared in compliance with international shipping regulations, including product description, declared value, country of origin, and applicable customs classification codes. Accurate declarations help ensure timely customs clearance and reduce the risk of delays.

Refused, Delayed, or Returned Shipments
If an international order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, delayed or held by customs authorities, or returned due to incorrect address information, the customer remains responsible for all shipping charges, customs fees, and return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Returns on International Orders
Due to the nature of medical-grade wound care products, international orders are final sale, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
